Feature/kickoff

This Merge Request updates the SpaceCreator code to allow it to be compiled against Qt 6.3.1 and the resulting plugin to be run by QtCreator 8.0.1 In addition it adds three python scripts build.py, build_spacecreator.py and postbuild.py. They are just convenience scripts to get up and running.
