IVE: Attributes of instantiated functions not editable

There is something not working properly with the properties attached to functions. They work well by default, for example I can add an URL:

but as soon as I select an instance, all properties (except the name) are disabled (and the URL disappears)

In default_attributes.xml there is no place where the values are disabled

It seems like a scope "Function instance" is somehow missing
