MSP430 Ada support and test updates

This MR requires:

• asn1scc branch ADA_BOARDS
• installed adac-hybrid-msp430 compiler (in progress)

This MR adds support for Ada, C++, new test cases and updates of old tests. Few bugs was fixed.
