IVE: Add snapp/alignment for components and connections

Add helpers to properly possition components along the others.

Helper lines should show up, and the elements snap to them for the last pixels.

• Add helper lines (horizontal, vertical) (shown optional)
• Add snap to grid (optional)
• Add show grid
