Editing the "language" attribute on a function behaves strangely

When opening the Edit Attributes dialog, the column for language doesn't seem to work properly. The combobox doesn't seem to set the value, but always clear it.

Solution: this language doesn't make proper sense, so instead we changed it to display the current implementation, and allow to change the current implementation from the list of existing ones.
