IVE: Save the interfaceview.xml fails

When you modify the IV (just move a block) and to Edit Implementation on a block, the usual popup "Do you want to save the model before?" fails: when you say Yes, it opens a window to select a file for saving (as if it was a Save As).
And I once had a segfault after choosing Cancel in this dialog.
