IVE: Provided interface not synced from functiontype

Steps to reproduce:

• Load the attached file
• Open the properties dialog for the "PI_3" of the function type
• Rename the "PI_3" to "pulse"
• Close the dialog
  -> The interface of the "Function 1" is still "PI_3". But should be "pulse". As it is an instance of "Ada UART Driver"

Additionally:

• Save the file after the rename
• Load it again
  -> The name "PI_3" on the "Function 1" can now be edited

Note the function type -> function sync has issues. Tests for that code should be extended.
