IVE: parameter value is covered by the type

Steps to reproduce:

• In IV editor open the dialog for a function
• There are no parameters in the parameter tab
• Press the "+" button
• Select a type (there should be at least one type having a longer name)
• Double click the value field and enter a value

-> the value is behind the type combo box
