IVE: Unable to connect nested interfaces sometimes

f I create a nested function and put instances of a function type inside. Then I create a RI inside the nested function : in some cases I cannot connect any of the interfaces to this RI:

impossible to connect POWER_LEVEL_FDIR interface to RI_1

Sometimes it seems however to work
