Qtc: Check for instances and messages fails

If you keep the default names for the instances, it does not check if they exist in the IV (and does not create them)

If you then add messages, it will propose to add them to the IV (however nothing happens in practice if you say yes since the instances do not exist)

But then if you click on the two Check buttons, they both say everything is ok
