IVE: Context Parameter dialog issues

There is an issue when you open the Context Parameter dialog and press the + button: it opens immediately the ASN1 value editor to set a value. This is wrong especially because the default type is Timer, which does not take any value This dialog should not be open before user has selected a type

And there is another issue: after changing the type, the ASN1 editor deos not open when clicking on the Value column
