Add hints / helpers to setup the token

The widget to setup the requirements shall contain some hints, help or button to assist the user in creating the token.
Possible solutions

• Tootip with instructions
• Button to open the gitlab settings page in the browser to create the token
• Visual indicator (green tickmark?) when the authentification is ok
