 * rasta and linux can now communicate
 * still a bug after some periods
 * bugfix : generate the appropriate number of mutexes
   required by RTEMS (see. po_hi_common.h)
 * add a swap function to handle endianness issues (see po_hi_utils.[h|c])
 * need to debug to fix the remaining bug
