- Introduce the new __po_hi_get_device_configuration
     function to get ASN.1 configuration structures

 * src/drivers/po_hi_driver_sockets.c
   src/drivers/po_hi_driver_sockets_common.c
   - Adapt driver for new configuration structures
   - Break all tests at this time, need to adapt
     existing examples
   - ASN.1 will win !
