If there was more then one .asn file it was ignored in QGen tests before.
Also generate ASN1 types for C in the Ada test if there is a main file
specified (in C).

Use system diff instead of the fancy python diff

Ignor .log and actual files

Building and executing the test is now done in Python

Add main file to gpr if test-qgen-ada.c or test-qgen-c.c is found.
Use gprbuild to build the executable and run it in python.

And remove -lgnat from Makefiles, this is not needed anymore with recent
GNAT versions

This operator returns True if an OPTIONAL field is actually present in a
record.

Better error handling, report if the tool is not found on path
Remove unnecessary includes
