Catch and report error situations better
Update help and info messages

Calling from command line:
 * Added switch --QGen, to be used together with --toC or --toAda,
   If --QGen is given, C or Ada code is generated using QGen

For calling from GUI, added menu items
 * 'Generate Ada code with QGen', shortcuts Ctrl-K or F6
 * 'Generate C code with QGen', shortcuts Crl-L or F9

On laptop, the + is shared with the = keys and requires a shift press.
The built-in ZoomIn event from Qt does not work with shift.

Not all asn files are named dataview-uniq.asn

For tests test-aggregation3, test-math and test-expressions

Add QGen tests to test-shadowing (newly added test).
Add bind, link and execute of QGen code to test-aggregation3

The "-gnatwa" switch causes gprbuild to run forever with
the Ada data type files generated by ASN1SCC

The usual test is now using ASN1SCC generated data types
Added -gt tests that use QGen generated data types

Update test invoking patten,
add root_model and language arguments
For now only one makefile is up to date with the new
test invoking pattern (test-aggregation3)
