Add constant for Invalid values, in addition to Nothing

Add newline between concatenated dataviews, in case one did not end with
a newline, to avoid asn1 syntax errors

To avoid recompilation and adding cases each time a langage is added,
remove dependency on the "Supported_Language" enumerated type
