user can provide init_script_pre.sh and init_script_post.sh containing
some commands to influence the build

Sync functions need to know their calling threads when they call RIs.
This is not obtained via a POHIC interface
(POHIC only)

Opengeode RI use a prefix RI<sep>RIname to avoid compilation name
clashes. However legacy TASTE systems using Ada are not expecting it.
Both must be supported.

Add a filter mechanism that allows to specify which PI actually calls
with RIs. This can save hundreds of AADL ports in large systems.
Applied to timer only but to be extended when information linking PIs to
RIs is available.
